RED PONTIAC GTO Me and my dad came to Bridgewater Acura to check out a 2005 Pontiac GTO. I worked with Eddie McGeehan and he let me test drive and look over the car with my dad. The car was flawless and I struck a great deal with Eddie and his manager Mike Lasko. We drove out in 1 hour with my new car. I will refer all my friends to these guys.
Great Service! My daughter and I had a great experience at Bridgewater Acura when leasing her first car. Mike Sarullo was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining about leasing her car. When a conflict with our insurance company came up, Mike was very persistant in solving the problem. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car.
Not good customer service I received horrible service at this dealership. I bought a precertified Jeep vehicle from them - the salesperson was not helpful at all once the papers were signed and the transaction was complete. I called the supervisor to express some concern I had with the warranty and once I took the car home I noticed the back window wasn't working properly - the response I received from the salesperson Henry was "it was working when it left here" - didn't offer to have the window inspected. Great Car.. questionable everything else... What can I say about Bridgewater Acura. My experience with them was 'interesting' I bought a car at beginning of this year. It was Certified PreOwned. Lets start with sales. Mike Boltarets, is by far the dumbest salesman. He was trying to tell me things that did not make sense, and with the internet were so easy to lookup. A Do not get cars from Bridgewater Acura, because even though the car is all right, the service is awful. I got the car more than a month ago and still did not get my plates. When i call no one does anything. Terrible place to shop.
No Hassle My wife and I recently had acouple bad experiences trying to purchase a new vehicle, I will not mention where. However all that changed at Bridgewatre Acura, our salesman Mike Sarullo was extremely professional and courteous. We traded in our 2008 MDX for a 2012 MDX, we received a reasonable value for the trade and a competive price on the the new one with no hassle. Very refreshing, In and out....
