A very easy explanation, but with detailed content!
I have taken many CEU classes from OPTIONS FOR WELLNESS over the past 12 year and have been completely satisfied. The website is easily navigable. Responses to inquiries have been quick and to the point. The content and topics have been relevant to my practice and well researched. I highly recommend their classes anytime
Options for Wellness CEU’s Gives you a wide variety of very interesting Information. The content of The CEU’s are so useful, it is easy to integrate into daily practice. I have been using Options For Wellness for many years and I am always surprised how interesting and practical the information continues to be. I have tried other courses before I found options for wellness, but found they do not compare In variety, practicality, and comprehensiveness.
I was really disappointed that there weren't videos for the whole course. There was a short and very good 2 minute introductory video and then a pdf for the rest. A video to accompany the pdf would have been optimal. The more senses that are involved in training, the better the retention....that is, seeing it and reading it would be better than just reading the material.
What a wonderful place to get CEU's! I prefer to read and learn, so I love their courses versus others with videos.
