I had the pleasure of doing an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) session with Linda and it was very helpful. She had a very honest and direct approach which was needed to determine which issues to work on first. I would definitely recommend Linda and the ART therapy approach for releasing trauma.
I’ve only had a couple of sessions so far but I’ve really enjoyed speaking with Linda. She’s very down to earth and helpful.
