Bryan did several jobs for us and initially appeared competent. Unfortunately these last projects we are having to have repaired by another contractor. The quality of the materials and work is short lived. The quality of the work was lacking and when called to repair his work he was nowhere to be found. Also there was an issue with his payment to subcontractors after we had paid in full. They contacted us to assist in receiving payment.
Bryan Arias helped to repair my roof. He did a great job and was very nice to work with.
I did some granite countertop work for actual painting company as a subcontractor. Up to this moment I haven't get paid off for the work I did. Subcontractors please proceed with caution. $2500 is the remaining balance. Bryan the owner doesn't even answer the phone
