Ask lots of questions before any work is done on your mouth. Don't take anything for granted since poor communication seems to plague this office. The staff is very attentive and sensitive to problems, but their solutions leave a lot to be desired. If all you need is a simple cleaning or a cavity or two to fill, they are great. Anything more and buyer beware!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment Does this provider welcome questions? No, They dismissed my questions as unimportant Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time
