Yes. Your team was here when they said they'd be here. They did the work for the price we had agreed to. They did inadvertently spray the latex coating through 4 of the soffit vents leaving white paint on the eaves and the soffit screens but I was extremely pleased with how quickly your folks were in taking care of this issue. I give you all extremely high marks for customer service!
Fast friendly service. All of our questions were answered, in a way that we could understand them. The two tech's that provided the service were fantastic.
Very satisfied with the service I received. Starting from the initial inspection, followed by the report I received, and then with the way the work was performed. It was quick, at a convenient time, clean, and very professional. The problem seems to be corrected, nevertheless, I would wait to see a full weather cycle go by to attest that remedy was 100% effective.

Tim explained the issues very well and made my wife and I feel comfortable with remediation process. The two guys who came to do the actual work were polite, friendly and quick. Also very knowledgeable.
I was impressed with how quickly they came out to give me an estimate. Their prices were very competitive and when I called to schedule the job they got me on their schedule right away. They showed up on time and were done in the time slot that they had estimated. Their employees were very polite and made sure to clean up after themselves. I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received.
Active Mold Control was great. They made additional trips out to the property at no charge to clarify a few things and put the buyers at ease. All work completed was done very professionally and on time. I would recommend them to anyone who has a mold issues, small or large.
Prior to selected Active Mold Control, we contacted a couple companies, the feeling we got was ... "They are out for money!" When we contacted Active Mold Control the owner was very straight forward and gave us his opinion in conducting the inspection. At end, he kept his promise and only focus on the inspection, No Frill! We appreciate owner's honesty and his speedy response. We certainly will recommend him to other clients.
