We met Trever at the house right after he finished the inspection. He walked us through the property and explained what he found in great detail. The inspection report we received afterward was incredibly thorough and informative. While it was a very long report, the color-coding, pictures, and videos of the spaces made it very easy to follow. Mika was the one who inspected the manufactured home we are thinking of purchasing. I was impressed with the inspection report. She was very thorough and took lots of pictures and explained them. I was there when she did the inspection and she was very nice and answered all my questions even though they would be answered in the report. I will ask for her again if I need a home inspected.

Silas did an incredibly thorough job and gave a very helpful summary/walkthrough at the end— all on around 24 hours notice!! Will be hiring again for re-inspection after repairs!
