Silas did an exceptional job. We were very happy with our prospective home inspection done by Trevor. Trevor was efficient and thorough. The inspection included pictures which provided important insight on the home especially on areas of the home unable to visualize.
First time as a home buyer so was kinda nervous about this whole process. The inspector was Mika and she was very insightful and helpful. She showed me how to pull down the ERV filter and replace it. She also showed me where the main water shut off valve was located at. I'm pleasantly surprised at how thorough the inspection report was and it included like a ton of pictures!
