We hired Tasi to do a "stucco inspection" of a house we want to buy. I was expecting a 1-2 page report for this job. Instead we got back a detailed 20 page comprehensive report complete with photos and recommendations for everything related to the quality of the stucco, the other siding on the house, and drainage issues from the roof. Tasi Watson is the best EFIS stucco siding inspector I know. She has helped many a Buyer of mine in real estate purchasing and concerned Buyers of some of my listings. She is very informative which is great for home owners.
I can not say enough about how amazing Siding Solutions is. I am a real estate broker and we had some issues on a listing and needed to get a thorough inspection of some Eifes/stucco siding. When we set the appointment I was a little skeptical because the price tag for this inspection was $450. Well, Tasi (inspector)came out and met us at the Home and showed up right on time and did the most thorough inspection I have ever seen.
