Tim was very professional, answering all our questions from a scientific perspective. He performed tests to identify possible spore presence rather than just jumping straight to the more costly spore test. He was friendly, punctual, and left us feeling very well taken care of.
Great, trustworthy company that we have been using at our apartments for years. They are knowledgeable and run all the tests necessary to know the type of mold you are dealing with. If possible under the circumstances, they willingly provide instructions how to clean up the mold yourselves. Highly recommend.
