I went to the Vienna location of Active Infusions. Definitely number one of the other infusion locations I've been to. My tech was Jordan. Her experience and patience was off the chart. She was fantastic. I'm a very hard stick, no veins, and she did a great job. she warmed up my arm first, and got The needle inwith no issues and pain. At the end, she even cleared the line with saline to make sure I got all of the iron I was prescribed.. First time anyone has done that. Great job again Jordan thank you so much. Ed Rooney
Active Infusions stepped in to help us after months of trying elsewhere with zero success. The team is friendly, helpful and responsive. Our nurse Jordan was very informative and paid attention to every detail of our process. She asks all the right questions, and is very professional while maintaining a good bedside manner. No bruising whatsoever which is pretty impressive. We look forward to a hopefully long relationship with Active Infusions!
The Active Infusions office in Vienna/McLean/Tysons Corner area is phenomenal! The office is clean, warm and inviting, calm and quiet, and my personal information is always kept confidential. Jordan, Christie, and Kaitlin are great to work with. They make sure I’m comfortable, have what I need, and are willing to talk or let me be, depending on how I’m feeling. I look forward to seeing these ladies every 3 months. 💛💛💛
Jordan is wonderful. Not only did she do an excellent job with the infusion information and process, but provided some helpful guidance in adjunct to the infusion for day to day.
I absolutely love Active Infusions! It’s been super tidy, clean, and there are so many snack options. Our nurse, Jordan, went above and beyond and there was never a second IV poke needed, she always gets it on the first try. Beyond that, she’s attentive, kind, and incredibly good at her job. Even at the mildest discomfort we never had to say anything she was always offering solutions, like warm heat presses, to ease normal IV discomfort. Really really appreciate all of the care, and couldn’t recommend more!
