I have been receiving my medication via infusion since 2017 and been to three different infusion centers prior to starting with Active Infusions, they rank at the top of my experiences. They know how to provide a great experience for patients by having a pleasant and relaxing environment. Their highly trained medical staff will make sure you are treated with respect and ensure you understand the medical requirements for your treatment. If you’re are looking for a center, then Active Infusion is well worth your time.
Active Infusions is clean, quiet, and has extremely professional staff. Our latest visit was with Jordan. She was so kind and helpful, answering all of our questions. The fact they are open on weekends is an absolute game changer. Looking forward to our next visit!
I’ve need coming to Active Infusions for quite a few months now. I’m not an easy patient due to being highly sensitive to meds requiring pre-meds to prep for infusion. I started seeing Christy on Sundays; being vocal about my needs Christy is the kindest, patient and most gentle nurse I’ve had the good fortune to go on this journey with me. I moved to Monday’s so I can stay with her. Everyone at Active Infusion has been wonderful. I’m glad you brought Christy on board. If you have to have infusions, this is the place to go.
Update: Still going here two years later. Everyone is very helpful. Jordan is a skilled nurse. I didn't feel the needle at all today. The one thing they could work on is knowing who to call when the building doors are locked. I always go on the weekend. Today, I called multiple numbers to reach someone. Thanks Leyla for answering!
