Recently about a week ago as a matter of fact, I used the service of Action Tree Care. A job in which I payed over $5800.00 to remove two trees and cap two others. My issues with them were the following; 1st, was the ripping of my phone line from the pole across the street to which they never reported to me. Fortunately, I am not using a land line phone anymore. 2nd, the maple tree they capped inside my fenced yard was done poorly. Stay stay far far away from this company we had them out years ago to take down a large elm tree in our yard while I was at work when I return home the tree was down they cleaned up their mess and left after that I noticed that my fence rail was damaged obviously from one of the limbs falling and while backing up I could see a branch literally sticking out of my neighbors garage roof I called the company and they wouldn't give me their insurance company name and they would not answer my calls after that I was stuck with fixi... read more
