Being responsible for ac/furnace maintenance was a first for me. Then we move out and can't have AC serviced due to it being December and cold yet we're still held responsible. It's bogus. Maintenance on the units should be OWNER responsibility not tenant. And for someone to be held responsible for a service that can't be done is WRONG. I will not be recommending your company to anyone. The unit was nice but management of the unit sucks
The team worked with us on both the rental and purchase of a home. As retired military, we were moving from another state and needed flexibility on timing of the rental. Scott was always attentive to any repair or issues during our rental period. Todd is very knowledgeable of the area, and helped us find a home to purchase that matched our needs. He instructed us on some issues prior to close and facilitated the closing process. Definitely recommend the team.
We worked with Bart Atkinson to buy our first home. It was a wonderful experience. Our situation was complicated and Bart took the time to work with us and walk us through each step. He kept us informed and helped us at each turn. He was patient with us "first time home buyers!" We are happy to be in our new home and will use Barts services again in the future! Great Realtor!
