RecommendedWe were very thankful for Mike especially. We were looking for an apartment and were able to find a really lovely place that we could afford, but we were especially impressed with Mike's helpfulness and friendliness. They go to extremes to keep your money..We had to pay a extra month's rent to break our lease, which we should have gotten 838 back because the time frame they re-rented the unit, but no, they drummed up some bogus reason to keep it....So the 838 and the deposit, is 2k.. They charged 500+ to clean the outdated carpet.. A $100 black light test claiming we had pets, which we never did, not even for a visit, but we got charged $500......Oh and they're still saying we owe them 226....... They'll do everything to keep your money.... read more
