Not one star review at all... – No stars at all...over the years the few times I've had anything to do with this business was because I couldn't find what I needed online. How these rude ****** have remained in business since 1980 is beyond me. And if you google "action small appliance seattle" you'll find a bounty of folks unhappy enough to put pen to paper (type to screen). In the two dozen I read, not one single review was positive. Bad customer service – Usually have had great service from this store. However, yesterday, bought a new coffee maker and got it home only to find out that the lever that controls/allows the coffee to drip into the carafe was "left out of the box". We called, and had to go ALL the way back to get this small but important part. The only thing we were told was sorry, must have forgotten to put it in the box. If we had lived far away, like Monroe or some such place, this would have been a HUGE inconvenience. It will be hard to g... read more
Terrible Customer Service – Don?t trust these guys with anything, customer service was terrible and they just up and threw away our coffee maker while we were working with Starbucks and the manufacturer to get them to warranty it. They never even called us to give us a chance to pick it up, they just chucked it. They really didn?t care when we told them we needed it go get a warranty replacement. If you use them beware.
an excellent Braun Authorized Service Center – Fixed my Braun men's shaver which was under warranty. Courteous service, fixed within 24 hours, no charge. Would go there again.
Rudest custome service – Rude Rude Rude - poor customer service, don't meet deadlines, talk over you when you try and talk and hang up on customers!
