Avoid the hassle – My Kitchenaid mixer's motor isn't running correctly. I called to ask how much it would cost to get a repair. He said he couldn't tell me until he looked at it. I then asked him if the whole motor would need to be replaced what would be the coast as I don't want to pay a repair cost equal to replacement cost of a new mixer. Horrible experience – The place was recommended to me by Kitchenaid as Kitchenaid certified repair shop. I read reviews, which weren't too great, before I called. I decided to give it a try anyway. I was shocked! The guy was so rude, almost psychotic. When I asked him to be polite he got even worse and then out of the blue started laughing. I don't understand how they manage to stay in business. I called back Kitchenaid to complain.
Be aware: this man is not normal – This is a "flame on" personality. Very nasty. Very ugly. I am a calm non-confrontational person and feel hurt and angry about his behavior with me as his customer. I left a small appliance which was under warrantee. You should make a note on your receipt of the date you dropped off your appliance. I'd rather throw it away than take it here. – I wish I could give them no stars. If these people had some competition, perhaps they would at least be civil to you.
Owner has antisocial personality disorder – I agree with others, owner is a total D-head. I asked him if they charged a basic fee for looking at the appliance and he said no. But he said, WE DO charge a fee if you want it put back together before we send it to you. He doesn't try to hide the sarcasm in his voice at all. I'm sure the guy rarely, if ever, gets layed.
Action Small Appliance Bellevue – I had an okay experience here. I took my vacuum in and it was repaired under warantee, but they did take longer than I expected. Their appliance "bedside manner" isn't the best, but I don't really expect charm school quality from the blender guy, either. I'm going back to get my steamer repaired -- wish me luck! Will let you know.
Keep this bad service away, for more happy customers! – I totally agree with previous reviewers who rated 1 star for this store. I'd better to skip my story since I start to be angry when I recall the experience. Just don't know how it can still survive as it keeps hurting people who help it to run its business. Worst attitude and customer service ever seen – Agree with first reviewer completely. The primary owner/employee at this store is downright rude and unfriendly. He tries extra hard to increase customer pain and refuses to give work order number / receipts for warranty repairs
Don't Trust Them!! – Terrible customer services. They really don't know anything about vacuums. It takes them over a week just to do an assessment of what's wrong with the vacuum, but in reality they are reading the manuals in order to figure out what's wrong with it. Don't bring you appliance there...it will never work again!
