Do NOT expect your security deposit back! They will keep it and rip you off just like they did me and several other college students. When attempting to speak, civilly, with the owner/operator of Action about my concerns, she began yelling & screaming, told me to "take her to court then" and had the audacity to hang up on me. We paid a $1,000 security deposit that they decided to keep $300 of to "clean" the house.
