I dont have words regarding how frustated I am with the service of Ms Minor,so lets be objective - She will never answer her phone. - She will never get work done. - If you offer to get things fixed and send her the bill, she will not agree. - She will keep getting her relatives to come and try fixing the things at our place but no permanent fix.

Very frustrated with the service of action real estate and their agents. They do not take the responsibility for their agents. Their agents are not on top of things. Could not get the air conditioning unit fixed for 3 months. We made a huge mistake of renewing our lease through action real estate and we are suffering a lot. Both physical and mental trauma.
