I had a great experience at Action Physical Therapy! My therapist Tim, and his assistant Vlad, were professional while putting me at ease. I was nervous about PT, but the overall vibe at APT made the experience enjoyable. Everyone from the front desk to the therapists are supportive and encouraging! I recovered from surgery in less time than anticipated under their care. I highly recommend APT.
Action Physical Therapy was great for helping me thru lower back pain. Erin was great at asking questions and identifying the source and then coming up with a plan to strengthen the surrounding muscles and within a couple sessions I was feeling better and more focused on proper posture and doing strengthening exercises that can be done at home to help prevent further injury. Thanks for all the help in feeling better.
Action Physical has been my go-to provider for PT for about 5 years, whether after a surgery or injury, or when my back, knees, or hips remind me that I'm not 18 anymore. The staff ask a lot of questions about sports and activities that I engage in; they focus on the mechanics of those activities and tailor the rehab and exercises specifically for those activities.
The staff were great and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.
Excellent care. Can’t say enough good things about Callye. She is knowledgeable and professional, as well as pleasant and fun. I have been a patient twice and left much better than I arrived both times.
