Great service and showed up exactly when they said they would!
Bill Nye the Furnace Guy discovered a blocked artery and a bad control board in Delilah the Furnace when he was called for an unresponsive blower. His quick diagnoses and electro-surgical skills saved the day. There was a moment or two when we thought we lost her, but alas, Delilah lives to heat and cool another day. Thank you Bill!
RecommendedI put off calling anyone to look at our AC for fear of the cost but finally called & got an appointment- Jeff came out & in a very short time knew exactly what the issue was. He checked everything over-added Freon & we are back & ready for a hot weekend!!! Good, quick,friendly service! Yes we will call them for future needs!
Called them this morning (Sunday of Labor day weekend) and was told it might be awhile. Was called back a few hours later and by 12-1 p.m. had a tech onsite working on our AC/Heat pump (which is critical when it's 90's outside). Had us up and running an hour later, explained exactly what went wrong, and was very friendly and courteous! Will always consider Action Mechanical for my needs from now on!
My experience was great. I called them on Monday with a non-emergency and on Wednesday Gary showed up bright and early. He was very friendly and professional, answered all my questions and explained everything. When he left, my sick old water heater was rebuilt and basically as good as new. The cost was way less than a new heater too. I would recommend them to everyone.
Very happy with Action Mechanical's service! I first contacted the company when I had a plumbing emergency on a weekend. They showed up within an hour-- after calling me back to verify the issue and to let me know exactly when the plumber would be at my house. I've since had them do a water heater replacement and furnace service and am very impressed with both the work done, and the customer service. Thanks!
