Furnace quit on Friday midday. Saturday someone came out to assess the situation. Monday they came with what was believed to be the part. Put it in, were rude when asked a question about the thermostat and left. An hour later no heat. Came back and apologized for the rudeness because my mom was correct when asking. Said they needed a thermostat and would be back tomorrow. No calls and no show. Still without heat. Poor customer service.

Awesome job today, thank you! Called this morning at 7:01 to get someone to look at an issue we were having with our heating system (boiler). Technician arrived within 20-min of my call. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly... diagnosed and fixed our issue quickly. Great service experience both on the phone and especially in person ... highly recommended to family and friends. Definitely our first call for service. Thanks again!
Have been a customer for several years. Service usually good.....but not now. Have one a/c not working and another right next door wanting service on. It is an emergency as we have guest moving in Friday. They do advertise 24 hour emergency service but fail to provide it. The receptionist answering the phone disconnected me the first time and was pretty blunt (see snotty) the next. Finally got a hold of Jason who wasn’t much better. eric and his coworker were amazing. they were fast efficient and explained how to keep clogs from happening again. definitely recommend them!
I want to thank Eric for coming out to our house and spending the whole afternoon getting our sewer unthawed. he was awsome. I would call action mechanical again cause they came right out. great job Eric.

Always had exceptional service for HVAC for over 20 years. I do believe that I will be looking for another service company going forward. My experience with Jason this afternoon brought my temper to a boiling point. after speaking with Matt the following day regarding the issue I do believe he will do the right thing
