RecommendedHad air conditioning repair done. Service techs Tanner and Ronnie did a great job. They were very professional and friendly with a great attitude and gave helpful advise. We could not be more pleased with the service we received.
Action Mechanical walked in our house at our request to inspect our furnace. They had a bad attitude from the beginning, turned our furnace office and left us high and dry. We asked them about installing a new furnace and they are not interested in helping us. We are senior citizens and are now living without heat. Do they care??
Asked for recommendations from a Facebook group, and they were highly recommended. I see why! The gentleman I spoke with on the phone provided such great customer service, he was kind and walked through my poor description at what was wrong. I’m a first time home owner and have no idea what I’m doing. Tyler came THE NEXT DAY right away in the morning. He did a great job and quickly resolved the problem. Thank you so much!
