Action Homes did our front landscaping last summer. They were professional and walked us through the whole process. They also provided us with many options, working within our budget. We were referred to Action Home Services by a neighbour who sang their praises about the experience they had with their own project. AHS transformed our crumbling stairs and walkway and our dated porch railings. Everyone we worked with from start to finish was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Update - October 2025: 5 stars for the warranty service. 1 star for the original project experience. A more senior person from AHS reached out in June to address the outstanding issues that had some up since the work was completed (after I wrote the original review, below). Simon's communication has been excellent, and he has resolved all of the issues we were dealing with as part of the company's "warranty" service - this included repairing several lights that failed, redoing a patch of concrete, installing some missing cop... read more
I hired Action Home Services to replace an asphalt driveway. The sales person, who has since left, was FABULOUS. The rest of the team leaves A LOT to be desired. Project Manager Anton Chan was the worst communicator. He frequently did not respond and i had to repeatedly follow up for feedback, he did nto show up for on-site meetings and would leave us waiting for hours before saying he was late or would need to re-schedule.
