We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Pat it was another very pleasant & easy experience. We were able to pick up our Ford Edge the same day we made the decision to buy. When we came back to pickup the car Pat personally spent 2 hours to explain how to use every option this vehicle was equipped with on the inside and outside. They are so different from other dealerships around, there is no pressure from any sales person. They also have a great repair department that does very good work & reasonable prices.
Pat and Mike are friendly and easy to deal with. Made buying my new truck an enjoyable experience. Which is saying a lot because I dread walking into a dealership being a woman and thinking I'm going to be taken advantage of. I left after being shown by Mike all that my truck has for options and helped set everything up the way I wanted it as we went through everything.
