I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Pat was not only welcoming and friendly, he went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left the lot with my new vehicle, he provided the upmost costumer service. We have been going to Action Auto for years. They excel at customer service! Their facility is very inviting and organized...we always feel welcomed going there. Their service is efficient and reasonable. Our auto repairs are always brought to a timely, thorough conclusion. Recently we purchased car from them that has all the new technology that we were not familiar with. Pat spent 2 hours walking us through all of the features. We highly recommend this business..wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
What do I recommend about Action Auto!? Everything! Super clean- shop is spotless. Super friendly. Super knowledgeable and helpful. Quality vehicles and most importantly no sales pitchy pressured BS. Pat sat with us and went thru every detail about the vehicle we bought (almost to the point of ridiculousness 🤣)! Happened to get a scratch on the new vehicle, had to drive by anyway, so stopped in and Pat took me right in and fixed it on the spot. GO THERE. Seriously.
