On 9/1 my dining room ceiling collapsed due to overflow in the ac handler in our attic. Mutual fault was found between us and Acree air and we agreed to pay $1700 to fix the problem including a new pan and a light to control mold/mildew. They stated someone would be out September 4th to fix the problem. On 9/4 no one shows, my husband calls repeatedly to find out what’s going on and finally gets through late in the afternoon due to “system issues” at Acree air. Norbert and Jose completed a duct cleaning at our home today. They we're both very courteous and professional. Norbert explained everything prior to the start and went the extra mile to ensure the quality of their work. Checked and double checked the work upon completion. Great customer service personality. I just experienced a SCARY situation with one of the Acree Air drivers who claimed he was a manager. His vehicle was a Ford (CACO50424) (EC13005935) with a license tag “WEROPEN” . He was originally driving 30 mph under the speed limit on SR54 because he was staring at his phone. Then, he got off 54 to merge across three lanes of traffic on the Veterans Hwy, driving 50 mph in the left “passing” lane (70 mph speed limit) to make sure no one could pass him as he rode beside a big dumpster truck in the right lane.
