Michael P. came to install a new unit by himself. I thought I was in for a long day, seemed a pretty tall order for one guy, especially in the 95 degree heat. But I was very happy to have him wrapping everything up by 4:30 only about 6 hours. Everything was cleaned up nice, maybe cleaner than it was when he got here.

Ani responded to an Emergency Service call on 7/31/19. I had new Attic Insulation installed earlier that day. I came home and found a wet spot on the carpet under the attic! Oh no! I went up in the attic and found the Insulation guys had accidentally broken a PVC line that flows water out of the Air Handler. Ani quickly diagnosed a repair and stopped the leak.
My technician Glenn was great. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned my system, and explained everything he found, including an improperly installed uv light which he replaced under warranty.I was very impressed by his professionalism, and think he is a great asset to your company!
