Acree Team I am a Acree Plumbing, Air & Electric Member and the service that was provided was very bad and the engineer tried to fool me My water Heater GAS 5 years old was not working and Jermaine Smith from Acree came to my property for service repair, he mention the whole unit need to be replace and it will cost $3300. I told him that will decide and let him know. It was blinking 7 blue light check the code in google and seems the sensor which is 29 dollars in lowes/ Amazon was faulted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have had the same issue for months, they have been to my house 7 times. Charged me over $7500, and tell me I am being unreasonable for not allowing them to come back. Every time it is something different and the problem is not been remedied. Total scam.
I called late pm and Brandon and Riccardo came out the next day. Cleaned the pipes and diagnosed what the problem was. The house had old cast iron pipes and had severe narrowing causing back up in all 3 bathrooms. Dustin and Chris came out the next day and worked for 4 hrs cleaning and flushing out the debris. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to leave a negative review for this company as they are clearly fraudulent in their practices and I feel that it is important that those that may utilize them are forewarned. The tech arrived on time and was pleasant with myself and my family. He proceeded to test our compressor, and although I had stated that with my limited knowledge of HVAC, that it was the capacitor, he retorted that it was most certainly not.
