Ordering was easy. Sent PDF for me to check accuracy and made changes where needed. Sent within a week of order and all was correct. Customer service via email was excellent responded within minutes and I was able to track my standards mail to the minute...my mail man was at the next door neighbors when I knew my package was in the mail.
