I own two self inking stamps from Acorn Sales and just purchased some return address stamps for gifts. Great service, quick turn around and a high quality product. I'm planning on ordering a couple more stamps for work, to make some daily tasks easier.

I paid $40 for my self-inking stamp and only a portion of the stamp actually stamps. When I contacted customer service about the stamp being defective the authorized me an RMA to return the product but would not provide me a shipping label. After sending photos it clearly depicts that the stamp doesn't get completely covered with ink and in turn only stamps a portion of my seal. We are sorry that you were unhappy with the self inking stamp. Our impressions made in store were clear. Of the two pictures that you sent us, one had a great impression. The other looked like the stamp might not have been properly pressed with even pressure. How you stamp will greatly affect the quality of the impression. You are always welcome to use the return form provided as your stamp is under warranty for 180 days to see why you are not able to get the same stamping results that we did.
Can't say enough about Acorn and their great customer service. They regularly help me out with personalized stamps that I use for client gifts (real estate closing presents). Even when a closing went south they were able to help me with some options not to waste and entire stamp. 5 stars for product and service!
