Very poor quality. Bought an embossing seal and within 3 months it would no longer create an impression. Returned it for replacement and was told that the plates were bent because of the paper and would not be covered under the warranty, which states “ACORN Sales Company Inc. guarantees our Custom-Made Embossers and Seals against defects in workmanship and materials under normal usage, and with proper care for as long as you own your seal.
