RecommendedI recently ordered notary stamps and had them shipped to my office. For some unknown reason the substitute mail carrier decided not to deliver them but returned them to the company and the regular mail carrier wasn't able to correct the mistake. Quick service and nice product.
First time customer, submitted an order and chose the 2 day delivery option because of the urgent need for the product I was ordering. After 4 -5 days had passed I realized I had not received my order. I tracked the order to find that the delivery method used by Acorn is UPS and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. I submitted a physical address and was told the product would arrive on Monday which would be 10 calendar days since I place my order. Needless to say my product did not arrive on Monday. Unfortunately, you gave us an invalid address for UPS deliveries which added to the delay. Incredible service! I ordered my professional license stamp Monday morning and had the electronic versions in just a few hours. I was notified that the physical stamp had shipped that afternoon and it arrived Thursday. Efficient, fast, and accurate! Very nice product.
Totally impressed with the turn around time on my order. I ordered on line on Wednesday and received the shipping notice a few hours later. Projected delivery date was the following Tuesday but it showed up on Saturday instead. Great quality product but the quality of service is priceless in today’s market!
