Tom is a true professional. He is very conscientious, knowledgeable and creative. He took true pride in assuring his workmanship and end-product met our satisfaction. He arrived as scheduled and did not leave the job until all the work was completed. Highly recommend his work.

Tom installed a Koi pond, stone deck and surrounding landscaping this past summer in our backyard. Tom is a true professional who takes pride in his work. I chose Acorn as they were the only outfit that seemed to deal specifically in ponds (not ponds and trees and leaf raking and snowplowing, etc.). They did a great job dismantling a problem pond from an earlier installation, listened carefully to my desires and created a showpiece that delights me every time I look at it, sit by it, or show it off to friends. Acorn does a nice job of prepping the pond and waterfall each spring, too.

The joy of a pond… In anticipation of our wedding rehearsal dinner in 2012, we extended our patio to include a pond feature in our three-room garden landscaping. The evening did not disappoint anyone as we and our 30 guests enjoyed the soft sounds of the gentle waterfalls throughout the course of the evening’s festivities. As the sun slipped gently into the sunset, the warm lighting of the pond added a soft glow along with some simple hanging lantern lights strung along the fence so our guests could stay as long as they wish... read more

Project: Installed an 11' x 13' pond (with a fish cave and underwater lights), a 14' stream with a waterfall into the pond, and a landscaped area around it all. A large Red Maple tree had to be removed, a house drain pipe extended, and dirt and stone to build up the area was needed. Maintenance: Acorn Landscaping comes every spring to clean out the pond and readjust stones or overgrown plants. While doing this, careful attention is paid to the Koi and frogs.
