Tom did a very thorough cleaning of our pond and water fall in the spring. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our pond never looked better all summer.
Excellent in every way. 5 stars. Would recommend to anyone. Very good service and informative about ponds and fish. Was very satisfied with the work.

Just had them clean our pond after a cold winter. We have 3 small ponds that waterfall into a large pond. We get a lot of leaves in the fall and winter, so we cover the ponds with a net. Getting the net off in the spring can be tricky since it is full of leaves. The ponds had not been fully cleaned for about three years, so there was a lot of muck on the bottom and in the rocks. We purchased a home with a Koi fish pond and though I love it, I didn't know how to care for it. It was my lucky day when I contacted Tom at Acorn Ponds & Waterfalls. I've had these two put up ponds and water features in my residential and business properties and they also do the maintenance works for me! The landscapes and ponds are fresh, clean, and beautiful!
I had previous plantings that needed to be moved and they were carefully set aside prior to starting. Tom was more than willing to accept my guidance as to what I wanted. The pond was situated so that I can see the pond from my living room window. The stones were meticulously placed when the pond was being built. Tom was a very pleasant and friendly person to work with.

They were right on time and carefully explained what the job entailed. They cleaned up and did a great job.
I highly recommend using Tom. He recently gave my existing pond a brand new life! He drained the pond, assessed it for leaks, which it had and we were unable to identify the source. The pond was cleaned, lighting added, overgrown plants thinned out and it looks as if it is a brand new pond. I should have done this years ago. Thanks to Tom and his hard working assistant Dan, both extremely courteous and professional and on time!
We were contemplating removing our entire pond from our backyard due to the amount of work that needed to be done. After talking to Tom, he walked us through all the changes he would make, and was extremely thorough with explaining his plans.
