WOW! Ken Chinn was professional, punctual, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, and kind. He went under the house & up into the attic, in blistering heat. He uses the least toxic substances that produce the most effective results, because I told him that I am a stage 4 cancer survivor and that I have a pug who is susceptible to respiratory problems.
