They were great. We had our home tented. In fact there are only a couple of companies that do the actual tenting as the gas that is used is very dangerous and strictly controlled. You cannot hire the actual tenting company, they are hired by companies like ACME. ACME came out and gave us a bid that was 15% less than another quote I got and they were fantastic from soup to nuts in explaining what we had to do, how to do it and how long it would take. Inspection was the most thorough of any professional we had to evaluate the property. Pricing was competitive but the customer service by Acme was the best.
Ken was very meticulous and found the 3 small areas where termite treatment was required and treated them locally for a reasonable price. He also found a small drain pipe leak in my crawl space and let me know which I also had immediately repaired. I would highly recommend Acme Termite Company.
They did a very good job. They were there when they said they would be and cleaned up quickly. They worked with my schedule to get the job done.
Courtesy, prompt service. Ken came out and found areas that another company missed. Other company pushed tenting but Ken said would get better results with special treatment. of area.
I can't give complete feedback because termite extermination needs time. It is just too soon to give a full feedback.
