THe inspection made was far superior than other estimates. The explanations of where and how to treat the problems were far superior. Others did not bother to sit and go through the inspection.

Ken does a good termite inspection. Their termite treatment and board replacement workmanship was also fairly good. My biggest disatisfaction is Ken's time cooordination as he was always late for his appointment and his lack of supervising over his worker.
