Called the night before set up appointment for 10 to 10:30. Phillip **** arrived at 10:15 and started right away he informed us of exactly what he planned to do. At lunch time he told us he was going to lunch and would be back in an hour. He did a very good job and we are very pleased with his work and his work ethic.
