Trae G***** was amazing. It was a cold, damp day and he was the most pleasant and efficient young man. It was late afternoon... he didn?t rush... but went above and beyond when doing my inspection. He even took his shoes off at the door so that he wouldn?t track in dirt. This young man deserves a raise... best customer service ever!

Attitude is my number issue. The employee had a great ?can do? attitude. There is very little crawl space under my new home. I was home when he was crawling out after a very lengthy time. He assured me that we have no problems at all. He earned his money today!!!
