Just awful ! Had initial evaluation of repeat bladder infections. Doctor requested 3 week vetting of fluid intake and outake. Returned for follow up appointment early, waited 40 minutes beyond appointment time. No discussion with doctor, nurse had no information. Total waste of time and effort. Receptionist, just plain Rude !
It was very happy atmosphere place. The Doctor was great and to the point.
Today I FINALLY feel seen and heard! My 1st visit to Ackerman was starkly different than the doctors I’ve seen in the past! From new patient intake - wonderful staff (shout out to Kim) and spending nearly an hour with Dr McGetrick… AND to learn I do NOT need a nephrectomy! All other doctors wanted me in the OR stat! Dr M explained all my options - showed me MRI images - and answered all of my questions in a friendly, caring manner. I’m thrilled to have a NEW team that cares!
Would not recommend this place at all.
Very appreciative for the care I received from Dr. John McGetrick . He was very kind , thorough and down to earth. The care I received was excellent . If you are in need of a urologist I highly recommend Dr McGetrick .
