The therapists here are wonderful, and I want to make it clear that our concerns are not with them\. However, patients and families should be aware of the facility’s cancellation policy: we were charged a hefty $150 per child for missed appointments due to illness\. The clinicians are great! My issue is with the practice itself. My wife was sick and stuck in bed so had to cancel appointments for both of our kids. I couldn't go because i have used almost all of my time off for the year because my daughter spent nearly 3 weeks in the hospital. So they charged us $150 for each kid because she had to cancel. That is ridiculous and probably the highest cancellation fee I've ever heard of.
My son LOVES his time with Mikaela Uhlman! He’s been seeing her for emotional regulation and ADHD and I couldn’t recommend her more! She is also so welcoming and supportive.
