The crew from Ace arrived a few minutes before their scheduled time of 8:30 am on January 2. I watched from my window as they worked like a well-oiled machine. They cut down 3 good sized oak trees and did a lot of trimming to the ones remaining in my backyard. Work was completed around one pm, which I am estimating from the time I took the photos. Would not recommend. Communication was difficult. I hadn’t heard anything about being booked after I signed the contract, so I had to call them to put me on the schedule. They put me on the schedule for the beginning of the week but when I hadn’t heard back it turns out they changed me to a whole other day without notifying me. The day they finally showed up they completely destroyed my backyard. They told me they would get someone back out there to fix it. Ace was fantastic. I had a very large hackberry tree that sat up on a hill that needed to be removed with a crane. Their team was so quick and efficient, had the tree down within a few hours and made sure that there was no disruption or damage or debris left to any surrounding homes or yards. They came back at the end of the day to pick up all of the debris in the street and clean up. Communication was great too. Highly recommend. They handled everything with professionalism and did a good job on the clean up process as well. Will use again in the future.
