Contacted them on Wednesday and they assured me that they would come out the following day. They told me to expect a call the following day around 2. Never heard from them. Left messages and called several times. They completely blew me off. Very unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. I was a repeat/loyal customer & waited all day for them to come fix garage door as appointment was confirmed the day before. At 3:00, when I still had not received a call, I was told they were running behind. At 4:30, same thing rudely.... 5:30 no answer! 6:00 I called another company that came out promptly and fixed the door for a lot less than Ace’s price. Consumer beware.

I recently had a new garage door opener installed by Ace Overhead Door. Not only is it whisper quiet, it was installed quickly and the technician was very informative and friendly.
The whole experience with Ace Overhead has been very professional and easy. They have done exactly what they said they would and I have been very impressed with all of their work. I would recommend them every time!!
I don’t know what I would do without Ace Overhead door this winter! Due to the extreme weather my garage system broke. I was able to get an appointment with them the same morning due to their understanding of my situation. The entire team was professional and helpful from the person who assisted me in scheduling the appointment to the service I received at my home. Thank you Ace!

I had an emergency where my garage would not open. I made a call and a tech was at my house within 45 minutes. They were very professional, explained exactly what the issue was. And within 1 hour my garage door was fixed. Price was great and we were happy customers. I highly recommend Ace Overhead Door Service.
