Bought a nice Jeep from them. Very happy with the purchase, and would recommend them to others.
He had it listed as being a 4 wheel drive. It was just a 2 wheel drive.
Hard sell over the phone. I had to call to find out the mileage and then I got a really hard push. Asked about mileage. Dealer said just over 200K. When I asked again more specifically he came clean. Car has 230,000 miles on it! Advice? Be honest with mileage in your ad, price accordingly and play up how clean it is in the ad.
My email was responded to immediately. I spoke with Tim and he was both friendly and professional. I test drove the car the next day and picked it up on Monday. Tim and Jan had the paperwork ready and the car had it's safety/emissions done, detailed and even gas put in! I would definitely recommend Ace Motors!
The people at this dealership were incredible helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in.
The owners were very friendly and knowledgable about the car as well as helpful when it came to determining the finances and payments. I will defintely buy from this dealer again!
