Adrian was late both times he was scheduled to do the work. He did not call either time to say he was running late, as much as 1 1/2 hours the 1st time, the toilet he installed did not have a lid in the box Adrian, who put the lid from the old toilet from the old one as a temporary measure, said he was going to get the proper lid and bring it to my house. The project was install a bathroom vanity. There was a leak after the first time he was here. He has been here 4 times and was not able to repair the leak. He arrived when he said he would which is why we gave 3 stars for customer service, but the leak is still there, we have to go with another plumber and that's $435.00 down the drain, so far. Do yourself a favor, go with a different plumber.

Knows what he is doing. Removed combination shower bathtub fixtures and black iron pipe. Replaced them with new fixtures and copper pipe. Bargain price. Friendly personality.
Ace Kolles was the only plumber that responded to my request, no ome else did! Is there a shortage of plumbers?
The price was very, on time, prompt, courteous and the price was good.
I think Adrian got in over his head and left us hanging for 5 day without contacting use because he was to buzy. I have now completed this job with an other company. Thanks anyway Lynn
