Adrian kept me in the loop on the project. He had to order the part and let me know that it would take longer to get than originally thought. He also stopped by originally on a Sunday morning to try to fix the faucet since he was in Buffalo. He is very personable as well. I definitely recommend him.
Adrian, did a quality work in replacing the bathroom faucets(2) but overall next time for same kind of work, I would hire a different technician for the following reasons. 1. Based on the problem description over the phone, he said that he will charge me $145 and that replacing the cartridges will solve the problem. He also mentioned that he will bring the cartridges while coming but didn't disclose that he will charge for the time he will spend to go and get the cartridges. Very happy with my experience. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked quickly and cleanly and had the kitchen fixture replaced in no time. I had purchased the wrong fixture for the bathroom project and he offered to get the correct part and come back at another time to complete the repairs. He also freely offered advise about draining my water heater myself and saving me money.
Does work on evenings and weekends when people are home which was a great help. He's reasonably priced and punctual.
Adrian is great to work with and did a great job fixing my plumbing issue. I will use him in the future for work. It's rare to find someone you really trust to do the job and do it right the first time.
Very friendly. Took his shoes off at the door and cleaned up after himself. I was very happy and will call on them in the future.
