Professional,courteous, efficient and very fair price.
Came out in a timely manner. Worked quickly. Not informative about what to expect when the water came back on (sputtering, sediment, color etc.). I had a water leaking problem occur after he left, he came back within 24 hours and told me how to manage it in the mean time. Unfortunately when the gas was turned off to the water heater it was also turned off to the fireplace and my pilot went out causing a gassey smell when the gas was turned back on. Recommended a better and cheaper way to reroute the gas line.
They charged in accordance with the bid.
Completed the job and rerouted the piping so it would not freeze. Piping was against the outside wall and our house was built in 1959.
They were great, prompt, helped educate us on some stuff we didn't know and recommended a way for us to get a rebate from Excel energy!
Took longer on the job but was still the same price.
