The first thing you will notice about Mike is that he is very polite and professional. Mike provided a complete and thorough home inspection with an e-mailed inspection report and a walk through. Our home inspection was also an educational experience: explaining how stuff works - very helpful. I would recommend Mike to anyone purchasing a home AND anyone who wants a home condition report on their current home - worth the price

Mike the best!! He was extremely thorough in his inspection and also with his explanations, suggestions, and information regarding the house. He is very knowledgeable and shared lots of great information and tips with us. He went over every detail during the inspection and in his report. He offered great advice on how to be proactive in taking extra care of our house. We had our inspection until 4:30PM and he had the report for us at 7:15AM the next morning! I was referred to Mike with Ace Inspections by a Mom's group on Facebook. He was awesome! He did a very thorough job, and took his time walking through the house with us to show us what he found, and answer any questions we had. He even explained things to us that he probably didn't need to (how to work the gas fireplace, etc). He made us feel very confident in our purchase. We will definitely be using him again in the future!

Mike is absolutely fantastic! He inspected our house before we moved in and when we had some questions after the fact he came back no questions asked. His customer communication skills are fantastic! As soon as I emailed him, he responded within a half hour. If he had scheduling issues, he emailed me with more than enough time to respond.
