RecommendedMike was great to work with. He definitely went above and beyond. Even the day before Thanksgiving as he was going out of town he stayed and explained to my family and me everything about the house. He told me how to maintain things as we are first time homeowners!

Mike was excellent. Our situation was a bit different. We had to find a home inspector that we could actually trust as we were buying while out of state. He is very detail oriented and also gives excellent tips to maintain the house and how to prevent any major issues that could arrive in the future!
Mike with Ace Inspections was wonderful to work with, he was very thorough with his inspection and answered each and every one of my questions and found things i never even considered looking for! I would definitely recommend Mike to anybody looking to get a home inspection and or radon test.
Working with Mike was great he helped us learn the appliances in the home and throuroughly inspected everything he could as well as doing a Radon test the same week requested he was very kind and courteous and went over everything with us. Will use him again in the future if and when I get another home or know someone who needs a home inspector I will definatly recommend.
My friends who told me home inspections are a waste of money never used Ace. He is extremely thorough and will walk you through everything that he found. He goes over it and if you don't understand a code or why something is a certain way explains it to you very well. Also the report was emailed to me that night and was categorized in a easy to read format. If you want someone who cares about what they do and is a genuine good guy go with Ace.
Mike did a fantastic job! He is not only incredibly thorough; he took the time to answer questions and explain his findings in a way that made us feel comfortable with the information. It was great being able to get an inspection from an inspector that truly cares!! Thanks Mike!
I wish I could give Mike more than 5 stars. He did a phenomenal job inspecting our future home. Mike was not only thorough in his inspection of the property, he also took the time to teach us how to care for it. He was even patient with us when we asked too many questions. He takes pride in his work and truly cares about the people he assists. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend him, you will not be disappointed.
