Mike was very thorough in his inspection and knowledgeable. You will definitely get your moneys worth and then some by having him do your inspection. 10 of 10, did a great job! In the afternoon I cold called Mike about an inspection on a run down house 80 miles from his office. He had the inspection done the next day by noon, and a thorough report the next morning. His pricing is fair and upfront, he's personable, and went above and beyond my expectations in all accounts. Exceptional communication by call, text, and e-mail - and this was all before I even payed. Do recommend, and will use again!
