I would caution ANYONE before choosing to use this company for service, repair and ESPECIALLY replacement of your HVAC system. Back in April, my warranty company hired ACE to repair my unit. The service man immediately responded and arrived to my house within a few hours (bonus points for that). It was a $25 part and we were cooling cold again. Ace heating and Cooling came out quicker than I expected, definitely great! Andrew the technician was wonderful. Andrew was very professional, experienced, efficient and explained everything to me. I will definitely be recommending Ace and will certainly use them in the future. The lady that sets the appointments and answers the phone was also very nice and helpful!
Submitted a service request through American Home Shield the night prior and received a call the next morning at 8 am informing us a technician would be available that day. Greg S came and within minutes knew what needed to be done. Was in and out timely and couldn’t be happier with the service. A+++
Nothing but good experiences with ACE, very quick, AC went out last night at 2 am, they came before 1 PM , was done replacing the compressor fan motor in less than a half hour.
